Water treatment: the FP4BATIW Prize
The FP4BATIW Prize is a competition based on business ideas on water topics developed under the project with the aim of supporting innovative ideas and promoting new products and solutions.
In this video the 3 participants selected for FP4BATIW Prize present their business ideas: Michael Schuring, from Jordan, introduced an integrated planting technology to plant in dry, eroded, degraded farmland and rocky areas. The Tunisian Sadok Khouaja presented his idea which is based on the valorization of water rejected by the fish cannery using ornamental fish, and Jhinaoui Noureddine, also from Tunisia, explained a security and control system of water pipes against leaks.
