Public consultation on Agriculture Sector Package for Open Data Charter

What is the vital data infrastructure for agriculture?

The International Open Data Charter, in conjunction with the Global Open Data for Agriculture and Nutrition initiative, the Open Data Institute and Open Data for Development network are developing a domain specific open data implementation guide for the agriculture sector.

In order to maximise relevance, acceptance and applicability of the resource, the Agriculture Sector Package - a resource for policy and decision makers to put open data into practice - will be developed using an open participative process

We welcome and encourage all contributions from agricultural specialists, open data experts, policy makers, researchers and others who have a vested interest in open data and agriculture to the first consultation process, from Friday 15 July until 31 July.
