2nd EMEG Meeting | Livestreaming

The 2nd EMEG meeting in Sousse, Tunisia, from 22nd to 23rd September 2014, will focus on the Euro-Mediterranean policy dialogue on research and innovation, with the aim of identifying ways and means for policy and policy dialogue to ensure impact on the MedSpring thematic challenges in water, food and energy.

The Euro-Mediterranean Expert Group –EMEG– is an important component of MED-SPRING:  it acts as a “think tank” of experts on food security, water scarcity, and renewable energy and on the general theme of research cooperation in the Mediterranean region.

The plenary sessions will be livestreamed in this page:

- on Tuesday 23, @9 am, Tunisian time, Key-note speech "A Policy Dialogue for Science in, for and with Society" by Prof. Joachim Spangenberg (UFZ Helmholtz Centre for Environment Research, Germany) a highly reputed scientist and expert on sustainability.
