Achieving water security in an urbanizing world means much more than just delivering water.

Of course, provision of safe drinking water and wastewater handling for public health are crucial elements of urban water security; however, there is also a range of other issues which must be accounted for. For instance, understanding how to best price water services is essential to ensure equitable access to, and delivery of, water to urban dwellers.
