30 November 2013: read the Call for Ideas and fill in and submit the form Expression of Interests – EoI: only calls using the attached EoI format will be accepted. No late submissions will be accepted. Participants may register for the event on this platform, submitting their short profile. All profiles will be disseminated by the organisers of the event and will be available to all registered participants, unless otherwise advised.
30 November 2013: send a 5 minute video-spot illustrating your idea! The video does not substitute the form Expression of Interest and it is not compulsory. However, uploading your video helps you attracting attentions and potential supporters. Your video will be uploaded on agora.medspring.eu .
15 January 2014: communication of the 10 selected “ideas-carriers”.
12-13 February 2014: 2-days brokerage event.
